Getting Started

How do I create my store?

Creating a store on Selzo takes only a few minutes:

  1. Sign up for a Selzo account
  2. Choose your store name
  3. Add your first product
  4. Configure basic settings
  5. Publish your store

No coding or technical setup is required.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

No. Selzo is built for non-technical users. Everything is managed through a simple dashboard with clear options and guidance.

Can I edit my store later?

Yes. You can add or remove products, change prices, update settings, and modify categories. All changes are reflected instantly.


Products & Inventory

How do I add products?

From your dashboard:

  • Go to Products
  • Click Add Product
  • Upload images, set pricing, and save

Can I organize products into categories?

Yes. Categories help customers find products easily. You can create, edit, or remove categories directly from your dashboard.

Is there a limit on products?

There is no strict limit for most plans. Specific limits (if any) depend on your selected plan and are clearly mentioned on the pricing page.


Orders & Payments

How do customers place orders?

Customers place orders directly through your store’s checkout. Once placed, it appears instantly in your dashboard.

How do I manage orders?

From the Orders section, you can view details, update status, track payments, and manage fulfillment.

What payment methods are supported?

Selzo supports multiple payment options including:

When do I receive payments?

Payments are processed through your connected payment gateway. Settlement times depend on the gateway provider.


Store Settings & Domains

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You can connect your custom domain from the Store Settings section. Step-by-step instructions are provided inside the dashboard.

Can I pause or disable my store?

Yes. You can temporarily disable your store from settings without deleting any data.


Account & Security

Is my data safe?
Yes. Selzo uses secure infrastructure and industry-standard security practices.

Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can request account deletion from settings or by contacting support.

Forgot Password?
Use the Forgot Password option on the login page.

Pricing & Plans

Is Selzo free to use?
Selzo offers free and paid plans. See pricing page for details.

Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard.
